5. Products and Services - Food Service Specific Terms
5.1 Menu and Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all food items. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. Actual products may vary slightly from images due to natural variations in food preparation.
5.2 Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
All food preparation follows local health department guidelines and food safety regulations. Our kitchen staff maintains proper hygiene and temperature control standards. We comply with all applicable food service licensing requirements.
5.3 Allergen Information and Disclaimer
Important Allergen Notice: Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and seafood. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution and consult with our staff before ordering.
5.4 Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Menu items may become unavailable due to supply constraints or operational decisions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.
5.5 Minimum Order Requirements
Delivery orders must meet minimum order values as specified for your delivery zone. Minimum order amounts may vary by location and time of day.
5.6 Order Acceptance and Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Pricing errors
- Payment processing issues
- Delivery zone restrictions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
5.7 Order Modification and Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, subject to kitchen preparation status. Once food preparation begins, modifications may not be possible. Cancellation requests after preparation begins may result in partial charges.
5.8 Delivery Terms and Timing
Delivery times are estimates based on current order volume and traffic conditions. We strive to deliver within quoted timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Weather conditions, traffic, and other factors may cause delays.
5.9 Delivery Zone Restrictions
Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zones. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may vary by zone. We reserve the right to modify delivery zones at any time.
5.10 Temperature-Sensitive Item Handling
We use insulated packaging to maintain food temperature during delivery. Hot items are kept warm and cold items are kept chilled. However, we cannot control environmental factors during delivery that may affect food temperature.
5.11 Food Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our food. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate quality concerns and provide appropriate resolution, which may include refunds or replacement orders.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and tips.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery services are provided within our designated delivery zones. Delivery fees, timeframes, and availability may vary by location. Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive orders. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests.
8. Returns and Refunds
